1. Information We Collect

Account and contact information

We may collect your name, business name, email address, login identifiers, billing status, plan information, support messages, and other information you provide when creating or managing an account.

Business, store, and product information

When you onboard a business or connect a store, we may collect business descriptions, website URLs, brand preferences, products, collections, categories, prices, inventory status, product images, policies, shipping or return information, store metadata, and related catalog data.

Customer interaction data

If you use NuMeAi’s chat, widget, or AI sales assistant, we may process chat questions, responses, product clicks, checkout clicks, support requests, session data, and performance events. You are responsible for providing any legally required notices to your own customers regarding your use of NuMeAi on your website.

Social channel and advertising information

If you connect social accounts or ad-related services, we may process account identifiers, page or profile names, access tokens, refresh tokens, permissions/scopes granted, post drafts, scheduled posts, publishing status, media URLs, campaign settings, audience suggestions, and related analytics made available by the connected platform.

AI inputs and outputs

We collect prompts, instructions, store context, competitor inputs, generated reports, chat answers, marketing copy, campaign plans, image-generation requests, and other AI-generated or AI-assisted content.

Usage, device, and log information

We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, API logs, error logs, authentication events, feature usage, and other technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Payment information

Payments and subscriptions may be processed by third-party payment providers. We generally receive billing status, plan, invoice, and transaction metadata, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

NuMeAi uses artificial intelligence and machine learning providers, including large language model and image-generation providers, to power features such as product recommendations, chat responses, market intelligence reports, campaign copy, and creative generation.

Information you submit to AI features may be sent to our AI service providers for processing. We seek to use business-grade providers and configurations that support confidentiality, security, and appropriate data handling. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for every business or legal situation. You should review AI-generated content before relying on it, publishing it, or using it in advertising.

Unless we separately notify you and obtain any required rights or permissions, we do not use your confidential business information to train NuMeAi models for unrelated third-party customers. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or statistical information to improve the Services.

5. Social, Store, and Advertising Integrations

When you connect third-party platforms, such as Shopify, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, or other social, advertising, ecommerce, analytics, or publishing services, you authorize NuMeAi to access and process information made available through those integrations according to the permissions you grant.

Social and advertising platforms may impose their own terms, developer policies, content rules, privacy requirements, approval requirements, rate limits, and posting or advertising restrictions. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to those third-party terms.

Some posting flows may not be fully automated. For example, TikTok or other platforms may require creator approval, app review, available scopes, draft completion, or final action inside the third-party app before content appears publicly.
